FAQs

How soon after I have baby can I join this class?
It is recommended to wait until you have been cleared for exercise by your doctor or midwife, which is typically between 6 and 8 weeks after birth.

What if I am no longer in my "postpartum" period?
This class is open to ALL moms, so even if your youngest child is 10 years old, you are welcome to participate as motherhood is challenging at every stage and this class is a great opportunity to take care of ourselves.

Will I be able to participate even if I've never done yoga before?
Of course!  There is no prior experience needed and all of the poses can be modified to accommodate all levels.

Should I bring my baby/toddler/child/teen with me to class?

Absolutely not :)

What should I bring to class?
A water bottle.  The space has mats, blankets, etc.  (Of course, you can always bring your own mat if you'd like.)

What are the payment options?

Your first class is FREE!  After that, you can pay a drop-in fee of $14 per class or purchase a 6-class punch card for $60, which has a 3-month expiration.  Cash, Check or Credit Cards accepted.

Do I need to pre-register or can I just show up?
You can just show up:)
