ABOUT KRISTA

Krista Jones is a Yoga Instructor, Feng Shui Consultant, Life Coach and mother of three living and practicing in Athens, Georgia.  She became pregnant with her first little girl while completing the Yoga Alliance 200-hr Teacher Training at the Tallapoosa Center for Inner Arts. As her focus started shifting (along with her changing body), Krista then enrolled in the Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training through the Mamaste program, which conforms to the safety guidelines of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) for exercise during pregnancy.  She has also completed a secondary Prenatal and Postnatal Teacher training at the Asheville Yoga Center. Krista is a retired birth doula, self-care advocate and is a lifelong student of yoga and all things related to mamas.
