Mama (& Baby) Yoga <- click for more info This community style will allow you the opportunity to be with other moms as you cultivate strength, increase energy, and nurture your well-being all while bonding with your baby, letting your toddler play with other little ones, or enjoying a class on your own.
(This is a donation based class, so pay what you can!)
Labor & Birth Workshops <- click for more info Along with your partner, you will have the opportunity to practice various laboring positions, birthing positions,
massage techniques and breathing exercises that can be used during labor and birth.

A bit about Krista...
Krista Jones, RYT, CD(DONA) is a yoga instructor and mother of three living and practicing in Athens, Georgia. She became pregnant with her first little girl while completing the Yoga Alliance 200-hr Teacher Training at the Tallapoosa Center for Inner Arts. As her focus started shifting (along with her changing body), Krista then enrolled in the Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training through the Mamaste program, which conforms to the safety guidelines of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) for exercise during pregnancy. Krista so enjoyed working with expectant and new mamas that she decided to undergo her Doula training through DONA International so that she can share her passion for childbirth and motherhood.
